i love your porsche

Last night my group of friends (and some new ones too) went out to St. Elisabeth's. It is this really cool bar near Berri. The terrace is surrounded by high walls with absolutely gorgeous vines stretching upwards. The waiter was by far the coolest one I've ever met. If someone had a smoke, he would suavely whip out his zippo and it would be lit. Just one example among many, and perhaps I am easily impressed.... but it wasn't just substance, it was style.

Anyway, almost all my Montreal friends were there in this one terrace, and I was hammered. It was wonderful to see them, and meet their twins.

I cabbed with my friend to her home, before walking home myself (I'm cheap. I prefer to walk anyway.). I don't know why, but I had the strongest desire to leave lipstick kisses on different objects. I have done this before. If you look around the Beaverbrook Art Gallery administrative area, there are post-it notes with kisses in different well hidden areas. I did it just before I left the Collections Department. It is most definitely the same for Montreal. I won't walk that drunken walk too much more.

So, I kissed a church sign about jesus, I kissed a war memorial, I kissed a coffee shop. Mostly however, I kissed really nice cars. I did it because I wanted to make the people a bit irritated, waking up and finding a nice big smooch on their window.
